When you place an order with LillyWears:
- You’re making an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the listed prices
- We’ll send you an order confirmation by email, but this doesn’t mean your order has been accepted acceptance occurs when we ship your items or send a dispatch confirmation
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal; we don’t store your full payment card details

- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control

- First return free (up to 5 per month) within 30 days after delivery

The federal and state courts of Escambia County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration under the section below.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LillyWears (other than small-claims actions or claims for injunctive relief regarding intellectual property) shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Escambia County, Florida or via remote conference, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You and LillyWears agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative proceeding.
If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the LillyWears website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
