Size Swap Policy

At LillyWears, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. Finding the perfect fit can take a little trial and error, especially when shopping online. That’s why we offer flexible Size Swap options to make sure you get the right size without the stress.

Important: check your size first

Before placing your order, please:

  • Review our detailed Size Guide with measurement instructions
  • Check the size chart on each product page (sizes may vary by style)
  • Take your bust, waist, and hip measurements accurately
  • Compare your measurements to our charts (not just letter sizes)
  • Many items follow international sizing (1–2 sizes smaller than typical US sizes)

Option 1: Keep It Swap (recommended)

Ordered the wrong size? Keep your item and we’ll send the right one!

Instead of waiting weeks for a traditional exchange, we offer a faster, easier solution: keep your original item (gift it, donate it, or save it!) and we’ll send you the correct size right away.

How it works

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Step 2: Choose your shipping speed:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 · 8–14 business days delivery

Step 3: Keep your original item — it’s yours!

Many customers:

  • Gift it to a friend or family member
  • Donate it to someone in need
  • Save it for postpartum or weight changes
  • Keep it for layering or different occasions

Step 4: Receive your new size with full tracking via email.

No returns. No waiting 4–6 weeks. Just the right size, fast.

Eligibility for Keep It Swap

  • First size swap only (one per customer per order)
  • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • New size must be in stock
  • Available for orders shipped to US addresses
  • Must have reviewed our Size Guide or product size chart before original order

Items eligible for Keep It Swap

Most LillyWears products qualify, including shapewear, bodysuits, swimsuits, loungewear, and pants/skirts.

Items not eligible

For hygiene and safety reasons, Keep It Swap is not available for:

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at checkout)
  • High-value items over $100 (traditional exchange only)

Why we offer this

We’d rather you have two pieces that work for you than waste 4–6 weeks shipping items back and forth internationally. This sustainable approach reduces shipping emissions and gets you the right size faster.

Option 2: Traditional size exchange

Prefer not to pay shipping? We also offer free traditional exchanges.

If you don’t want to keep the original item, you can exchange it the traditional way at no cost to you.

How traditional exchange works

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Provide your order details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to swap
  • Size you originally ordered
  • Size you’d like to exchange for

Step 3: Our team will check availability and send you return instructions and a prepaid return label (for US customers on first exchange).

Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include any return forms provided, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your new size and email you a tracking number.

Shipping costs for traditional exchange

  • US customers, first exchange: Free return label + free new-size shipping
  • Subsequent exchanges or international orders: Customer pays return shipping (typically $15–25); new-size shipping is always free from LillyWears

Confirm any applicable fees with our team when you contact us.

Processing time for traditional exchange

Total exchange time: ~4 weeks

  • Return shipping to our facility: 8–14 business days
  • Inspection and processing: 1–3 business days
  • New size processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery of new size: 8–14 business days

This is why we strongly encourage checking our Size Guide before ordering, or choosing Keep It Swap for faster service.

Eligibility for traditional exchange

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • New size must be in stock at the time of exchange
  • Final sale and clearance items are not eligible
