At LillyWears, getting your order to you quickly and safely is a top priority. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, where we ship, delivery times, shipping costs, and how to track your package.
Order processing time
Once you place an order, it typically takes 1–3 business days to prepare and pack your items before they’re handed to the shipping carrier. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, if that’s the case, you’ll see an estimated timeframe at checkout or receive an email update.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We currently offer standard shipping worldwide:
- Standard Shipping: $9.99 (FREE on orders over $50)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after your order ships
- Total time from order placement to delivery: 11–18 business days (1–3 days processing + 10-15 days transit)
Additional shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your delivery address and carrier availability in your region.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, customs processing (for international shipments), carrier performance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

To bring you the best quality at competitive prices, we work directly with our manufacturing partners and ship items fresh from production. This sustainable model eliminates warehouse waste and lets us offer free shipping on orders over $50 savings we pass directly to you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Visit our Order Tracking page anytime.
International orders & customs
We ship globally. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are paid directly to the carrier or local customs office on delivery.
Changing Your Shipping Address
You can change your shipping address only before your order ships. Once an order is dispatched to the carrier, we cannot reroute or recall it.
If you spotted a typo or need to update your address, email [email protected] with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after that, but we'll do our best.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or hasn’t been delivered within 30 days of order placement, contact [email protected] with your order number and we’ll resolve it immediately. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full process.
