Order processing
Once you place an order, please allow 1–3 business days for warehouse processing on top of the delivery estimate. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays — orders placed on weekends begin processing on the next business day. Once your parcel ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Free shipping threshold
Free Standard Shipping applies on every order over $40. Orders below the threshold ship at a flat $4.99.
International orders & duties
We ship worldwide. International customers may be responsible for customs and import duties charged by their local authority — these aren't collected at checkout and depend on your country's rules.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check status anytime at Track your order.
Lost or delayed orders
If your parcel hasn't moved in 7+ business days after dispatch, reach out at support@lillywears.com with your order number — we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Address changes
We can update your shipping address up to 12 hours after order placement, before the warehouse picks the order. After that, the address is locked. Contact us immediately at support@lillywears.com if you need a change.
