Submit a privacy request — opt out of data sharing, access your data, request deletion, or anything else. We'll respond within 45 days, as required by CCPA.

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request — usually a quick reply to a confirmation email. We never sell or share data of customers under 16.

You'll get an email within minutes. We may ask one quick question to verify it's really you.

We process

Our privacy team reviews and acts on your request — usually within 7–10 business days.

We close the loop

You get a final email with what was done. We respond within 45 days, as required by CCPA.

Common questions

Will this affect my account or orders?

No. Submitting an opt-out, access, or correction request leaves your orders and account intact. A delete request is the only one that removes your account — and we'll always email you to confirm before doing anything irreversible.

Why do you ask for my name and email?

We need to find you in our records and confirm we're acting on your data, not someone else's. We never use the info from this form for marketing.

What if I'm not a customer — just visited the site?

You can still submit. We honor opt-out and deletion requests for visitors whose data we've collected through cookies, ads, or analytics, even without an order on file.

Can I cancel a request after submitting?

Yes — just reply to the confirmation email and we'll stop processing. Deletes are not actioned until you confirm in a follow-up email, so there's a built-in window to back out.

Is there a fee?

Never. CCPA and GDPR both prohibit charging for these requests, and we wouldn't anyway.
