Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with LillyWears. Our goal is for you to feel confident and happy in every piece you order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item for a refund, store credit, or a size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations may not be accepted.
Your first return on each order is FREE (up to 5 returns per month). For additional returns within a billing month, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Automatic refunds
LillyWears provides automatic refunds in the following situations:
- Package lost during shipping
- Items damaged in transit or arrived defective
- No delivery within 30 days of order placement (note: standard shipping takes 11–18 business days)

When you reach out, please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for the return
- Whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or size exchange
After your return is approved you’ll receive simple instructions and the return address. Pack your item securely in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging), include any return form we provide, and send it to the address given. A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended. LillyWears can’t be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (the first-return-free policy applies to U.S. addresses only).
- Original customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are not refundable, as these are charged by your country's customs authority and our carrier — not by us.
- We recommend using a tracked international service. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
International return refunds are issued in USD; your bank may apply currency conversion at the time of credit.
Photo verification before shipping
To keep the process smooth and fair for everyone, please:
- Take a clear photo of all items being returned inside the package before you seal it
- Take a photo of the sealed package showing the shipping label
- Email both photos to [email protected] along with your tracking number
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Opened underwear, thongs, or briefs (unless still sealed in original packaging)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, or odors
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
