Can I exchange my order for a different size?
Yes! two options:
- Keep It Swap (recommended): Keep your original item; we send the right size. $9.99 standard. Arrives in 10–15 business days.
- Traditional Exchange: Free return label for your first exchange; we ship the new size free. Total turnaround 4–6 weeks.

What items cannot be returned?
- Opened underwear, thongs, or briefs (unless still sealed in original packaging)
